Illuminated signs almost always need a permit — the city wants to confirm the electrical work and sign size meet code, and if you're in a shopping center, your landlord's design criteria may dictate cabinet color or letter style too.
We start with a site visit and survey, design your sign to fit the space and any criteria, then submit the permit application on your behalf.
Once approved, our fabrication partners build the sign to spec — UL-listed components and disconnect hardware included — and we schedule the install and electrical hookup, coordinating with a licensed electrician where the job requires one.
Most illuminated sign projects take 3 to 5 weeks start to finish, with permitting usually being the part most out of our hands.
