Custom Vehicle Magnets
If you want your business on the road without committing to a full wrap, custom vehicle magnets are the fastest, most flexible way to do it. We design and print vehicle magnets in-house right here in Burleson, and most orders are ready in days, not weeks — whether you need one set for a personal vehicle or matching sets for a small fleet.
What Vehicle Magnets Are Best For
Magnets are the right call when you need branding that comes off — a personal truck you also use for a side business, a rental or leased vehicle, a seasonal promotion, or a driver who rotates between company vehicles.
They go on in seconds, they come off just as fast, and there's no adhesive residue to deal with when you're done.
They're not the right call for every job, though. If you're branding a dedicated company vehicle full-time, a full or
color-change wrap or a set of
cut vinyl decals usually holds up longer and looks more built-in. We'll tell you straight which option fits your situation before you order anything.
Sizes, Thickness & What Varies
We print on heavy-duty magnetic sheeting — most truck door magnets run 12"x18" or 12"x24", sized to fit standard door panels with room for your logo, name and phone number. For larger vans or box trucks we can size up.
Thickness matters more than people expect. We run 30 mil magnetic stock as standard because it holds its shape and grip on doors far better than the thin 20 mil material some print shops use — thin magnets warp, curl at the corners, and eventually fly off at highway speed.
Every design gets a laminate / UV protection layer over the print, which is what keeps colors from fading and chalking in the Texas sun. We'll also show you a design proof before anything goes to print, so there are no surprises on color or layout.
Finish is your call — gloss reads brighter and pops more from a distance; matte looks a little more understated and hides fingerprints and light scratches better on darker vehicles.

Your Questions Answered
Frequently Asked Questions About Vehicle Magnets
How long do car magnets last, and can I reuse them?
With 30 mil magnetic stock and a UV laminate, you can expect 2–4 years of daily on/off use before the color starts to fade or the material gets brittle. Yes, they're designed to be reused — take them off at night or between jobs and they'll go back on cleanly, as long as you keep the panel and the magnet clean of grit, which is what actually causes paint swirling over time.Magnets vs. decals — which is better for my business vehicle?
It depends on whether the vehicle is dedicated to your business. Magnets are the better choice when you need removability — leased vehicles, personal trucks doing double duty, or seasonal use. Cut vinyl decals or a partial wrap look more finished and last longer if the vehicle is branded full-time and you don't need to take it off. Tell us how you use the vehicle and we'll point you to the right one — no upsell either direction. Will magnets damage or fade my paint, and which vehicles can't take them?
Properly sized magnets on a clean panel won't damage factory paint. The real risks are trapped dirt (which can scratch under the magnet) and leaving them in one spot for months without moving or cleaning underneath — that can cause a faint outline over time, especially in direct summer sun. Magnets also won't grip well on aluminum panels, some composite/plastic body panels, or vehicles with certain matte or satin finishes — we'll check your vehicle type before you order. What size magnets work best for a truck door?
12"x18" is the most common size for a standard pickup door and fits a logo, business name and phone number clearly at a glance. 12"x24" gives more room if you want to add a tagline or service list. For vans and box trucks we size up from there — send us a photo of the vehicle and we'll recommend a fit.How fast can you turn magnets around?
Most standard magnet orders are ready in 2–3 business days once you approve the design proof. Rush turnaround is often possible if you call ahead — we'll tell you honestly if a same-day or next-day timeline is realistic for your order.
