Trade Show & Event Displays
Heading to a trade show, expo or community event around Fort Worth, Burleson or Crowley? We design and produce reusable trade show displays and event graphics right here in our shop — the kind that pack into a case, survive a dozen load-ins, and still look sharp three years from now. That's different from a one-time banner order; a display is hardware you own and reuse, not a print you replace every event. Building a booth for the first time, or replacing worn-out gear before expo season? We'll walk you through what fits your space and your travel schedule.
Your Vision, Our Craft
Display Types We Build
Tension-Fabric Backdrops
Pop-Up Displays
Step-and-Repeat Walls
Retractable/X-Banner Stands
SEG Backlit Lightbox
SEG backlit lightboxes are silicone-edge-graphic fabric prints that snap into a slim aluminum frame and glow from built-in LED backlighting. The premium option — it's what stops people twenty feet away.
Table Throws
Table throws are a fitted or draped print covering your booth table front and sides in your brand colors, usually paired with a backdrop and banner stand.
A-Frames
A-frames are a two-sided sandwich-board sign, printed front and back, standing on its own without a table. Good for sidewalk or convention-hall directional signage, or outdoor use where wind would catch a fabric backdrop.
Where These Displays Get Used
Most of what we build ends up at trade shows, conventions and vendor expos across DFW, but the same hardware works for grand openings, ribbon cuttings and community festivals.
If it needs to look professional, set up without tools, and survive a dozen load-ins a year, check out our
banners page. A banner is built for one event, while a trade show display is built to travel with you for years.
What Varies
Sizes, Materials, Cost & How to Plan Your Booth
Every display we build is meant for repeat use, not a single show. We print on dye-sub fabric rated for the fold-and-unfold cycle, not one-time banner stock, so backdrops and SEG panels hold their color through dozens of setups, and the frames and cases are built for regular travel.
Size, print finish and case type are what change job to job. Table throws fit 6- or 8-foot tables; retractable and X-banner stands run about 33 to 36 inches wide; backdrops, pop-ups and lightboxes scale from tabletop up to a full 10-foot booth wall — whatever your show contract's backwall requirement calls for. Before you order, measure your actual booth footprint (most standard booths are 10x10) and check the venue's height limit and loading-dock clearances if you're bringing a pop-up frame; setting up alone usually points toward tension fabric or retractable stands over heavier panel systems.
Cost comes down to frame size, print complexity, and hardware — an SEG lightbox costs more than a same-size fabric backdrop because you're paying for the LED strip and slim frame, not just the print. A cheap case is the false economy; it's what keeps a $600 backdrop from showing up bent at your next show.
Honest Advice
What's Worth It
Not every booth needs the premium option. Doing two or three shows a year? A tension-fabric backdrop and a retractable stand will outlast the need to replace them, at a fraction of an SEG lightbox's cost.
Showing up monthly, or fighting for attention in a row of identical 10x10s? The lightbox earns its keep — it's the difference people notice from down the aisle. Where we tell clients to spend the extra money every time: the case. A cheap soft case is the single most common reason a good display shows up damaged.

Frequently Asked Questions About Trade Show & Event Displays
How much do trade show displays and banner stands cost?
A retractable or X-banner stand typically runs $150 to $300, while an A-frame or table throw falls in the same range depending on size. An 8- to 10-foot tension-fabric backdrop generally costs between $400 to $900, and a step-and-repeat wall is similarly priced. An SEG lightbox of comparable size ranges from $600 to $1,500 due to the LED hardware. Share your booth size and format with us for a precise quote, not just a 'starting at' price. Are the displays reusable and easy to set up myself?
Absolutely! That's the main advantage of these displays. Retractable and X-banner stands can be set up in under a minute without any tools, while A-frames simply unfold and place. Fabric backdrops, pop-up systems, step-and-repeat walls, and SEG lightboxes take a few minutes to assemble, and we’ll guide you through the process during pickup. Most customers master it by their second event! What sizes and options are there (pop-up, tension fabric, SEG lightbox)?
Table throws fit standard 6- or 8-foot tables, and banner stands and A-frames are typically 33 to 36 inches wide. Tension-fabric backdrops, pop-up panel systems, step-and-repeat walls, and SEG lightboxes can scale from tabletop units to 10-foot booth walls. We’ll help you choose the right format and size based on your booth contract and venue requirements. How fast can you produce a display before my event?
Banner stands, table throws, and A-frames are usually the quickest to produce since they use stock components. Larger items like tension-fabric backdrops, step-and-repeat walls, and SEG lightboxes take longer due to custom dimensions and color-checking of prints. Provide your event date, and we’ll let you know if we can meet it, any rush costs, and what adjustments might be needed for tight timelines. Can you match my booth to my other branding?
Yes. We design every display to your existing brand colors, fonts and logo files, and if you're also ordering signage or a vehicle wrap through us, we can keep all of it visually consistent so your booth, your storefront and your truck look like the same company. That consistency matters most at repeat events, where the same prospects see your booth today and your van in the parking lot next month. Send us your logo and we'll build a proof around it.
